How do I return something?
We apply a 14-day return policy from when the package hase been delivered.
To make an exchange or a return do the following:
- Package the product in the same way you received them.
- Fill in the enclosed return form with you ordernumber and reason for return.
- Attach enclosed return form on your package.
- Leave the package at your closest service point.
Does it cost to make a return?
We apply free returns when exchanging the product or changing size. If you return the product without placing a new order, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. The return cost is SEK 69, DKK 75, 10€, 150 NOK.
Where is my order?
When your order has been placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With the tracking number you can track your order. If you have not received an email, you are welcome to contact us via email to

When will I get my money back?
After we have received and processed you return, the money will be visible in your account within 1-5 bank days. If you have made the payment with card, the money will be transferred to the same account used in the payment. If the payment was made with Klarna, your invoice will be regulated shortly after we have processed your return.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland (excl. Åland), Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, The Netherlands and Poland.
How do I take care of my new Juicy Couture garment?
Velour is a sensitive material that requires care when washed. Follow the care label to make your garment last longer.
Machine wash at a maximum of 30 ˚C (gentle wash). Gentle or no centrifugation recommended.
Wash inside out.
Do not tumble.
Iron on low temperature.
